The application allows the compilation of all the enclosures of the HACCP Self-Control Manual (D.Lgs. nr.193, 6th November 2007). The tool contains, moreover, the HACCP Self-Control Manual of the licensed ship and the non-compilable enclosures (if provided in the personalization phase).

The enclosures are singly compilable, by clicking on the desired enclosure on the main screen of the tool. Once finished compiling, the enclosures are stored within an appropriate archive.

All the functions and characteristics of the tool are clearly explained within the User Maual, available in the CD containing the software.
Within the sofware, when opening the single attachment, there is te HACCP Self-Control Manual reference sections available, in order to facilitate the compilation of the same attachments.
